These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Carlinks Verify (https://carlinks.xyz) and the auction-sheet verification service we provide. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Carlinks Verify provides an online verification service that looks up the auction history of Japanese used vehicles by chassis number. We offer a free preview (model, year, grade, color, sold status) and a paid full inspector report (accident history, mileage, repair marks, condition map) priced at ৳800 BDT per chassis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh (or your local jurisdiction) to use the paid service.
3. Account & identity
Anonymous chassis search is allowed. When you purchase a full sheet, you must provide accurate name, email, and phone number for receipt + delivery purposes. Submitting false information is grounds for order cancellation without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the auction sheets we provide
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or payment systems
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments
5. Data accuracy
Auction sheet data is sourced from the original Japanese auction houses (USS, JU, TAA, HAA, CAA, Aucnet, Arai). We make every effort to deliver accurate, unmodified data, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Carlinks is not liable for purchasing decisions made solely on the auction sheet — always inspect the vehicle physically.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by SSLCommerz Bangladesh Ltd, a licensed payment-gateway operator regulated by Bangladesh Bank. Carlinks does not store your card or bank details. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and online bank transfer.
7. Refunds
See our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds for failed deliveries are processed within 7–10 working days.
8. Intellectual property
The Carlinks Verify website, brand, design, source code and database are the property of Carlinks. Auction sheets are the property of their respective auction houses; we redistribute them under permitted-use terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlinks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these Terms without prior notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
