Return & Refund Policy
Carlinks Verify delivers a digital service — auction sheet verification reports. The refund rules below apply to all paid orders.
1. When refunds are issued
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We fail to deliver the full auction sheet within 24 hours of successful payment
- The report is materially incorrect (e.g. wrong vehicle returned for the chassis you submitted, after we have verified the issue)
- You were charged but no order record was created on our system due to a technical error
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same order
2. When refunds are NOT issued
- The chassis number was mistyped by the customer (please verify before paying)
- You changed your mind after the sheet was delivered
- The sheet shows information you didn't expect (e.g. the car has accident history) — this is the auction record, not our editorial choice
- The chassis is too old / new for the auction archive — we display this clearly before charging in many cases
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@carlinks.xyz within 7 days of payment with:
- Your transaction reference (printed on your receipt and our success page)
- The chassis number you searched
- A clear description of the issue
4. Processing timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- We initiate the refund within 2 working days
- SSLCommerz processes the refund within 7–10 working days (depending on your card-issuing bank or mobile-wallet provider)
- Total expected time: 7 to 10 working days from approval
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or wallet.
5. Delivery timelines (digital service)
For our digital auction-sheet reports:
- Free preview: instant (sub-second response)
- Full paid report: instant — delivered on screen immediately after payment confirmation; also emailed to the address on the order
For any physical correspondence (e.g. printed certificate on request):
- Inside Dhaka: 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 10 working days
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before completing payment with no charge. Once payment is processed and the report is delivered, cancellation is not possible — refer to refund eligibility above.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact us immediately at hello@carlinks.xyz. We work with SSLCommerz to investigate and resolve disputes.
